We are looking for another awesome RN to add to our team full time.
Home health care is so much more than monitoring elderly patients and setting up meds. Our nurses see clients from newborn to elderly to end of life. Our nurses also have the opportunity to use a lot of their skills and learn new ones. They perform wound care including Wound VAC and Snap Vac therapy. They do infusions and PICC lines. They do INR's and lab draws per doctor's orders. They manage all aspects of the patient's care including therapy services and health aides. They have the unique perspective of seeing the patient's home life and what may be contributing to a patient's condition that is not able to be observed in a clinic or hospital setting.
We are looking for an full-time RN. Our nurses work mainly daytime hours Monday-Friday. On call is only every 5-6 weeks. We understand the need for a work/life balance. Our nurses enjoy having a more flexible daily schedule than working in a facility. We offer competitive pay and benefits as well as an agency car to use for visits.
We offer the ability for interested nurses to do a ride along to see if home health looks like a fit for them. .

We are looking for a full or part-time social worker.
Returning home after an illness or procedure can be overwhelming. Medical social workers understand the stress and uncertainty that comes with recovery and can provide compassionate care and emotional support for patients and their families. Studies show that patients who are educated experience better outcomes, and medical social workers work to help patients and their families understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations. Utilizing their extensive knowledge of the health care system, medical social workers also help connect patients with the resources available to them to improve the quality of life and reduce hospital readmissions. This includes educating patients and their families about community assistance programs, health insurance coverage, and support group referrals. Their main priority is ensuring all the patient’s needs, both physically and mentally, are met throughout their treatment.
Candidates must have a SW degree from an accredited college and be licensed in the state of Iowa. Medical Social Worker degree is preferred but not a deal breaker.
Hours can be flexible and candidate can be based out of any of our offices. A company car is provided for out of town visits.
